As a physician specializing in treating patients with Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus, and a wide range of rheumatic and autoimmune conditions, Dr. Srijana P. Bakshi is a rheumatologist who strives to make a positive impact. When patients are under her care, they are aware of her honest concern for their well-being. Dr. Bakshi is a dedicated rheumatologist who is up-to-date on the latest medical research, clinical methods, and treatment options. She uses evidence-based medicine to diagnose and treat her patients. 

Dr. Bakshi received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the Manipal College of Medical Sciences in Pokhara, Nepal, followed by an internship at the National Academy of Medical Sciences in Kathmandu, Nepal. She also completed the Intern for Public Health program at Manipal College of Medical Sciences in Pokhara, Nepal. She completed clinical field work in India and Nepal, and she also has experience teaching medical students in China.

She completed her Internal Medicine Residency Training at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pennsylvania and her Rheumatology Fellowship Training at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, Connecticut. She is ABIM Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.

Dr. Bakshi sees patients with a variety of rheumatic and autoimmune diseases such as Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Polymyositis, Gout, Vasculitis, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, and many other conditions.
